Birch Plywood Exterior

Birch plywood Exterior is a highly water-resistant plywood, processed with phenol-formaldehyde adhesives, meant for use in normal and high-moisture environments. Predominantly used in construction and furniture production.

By using high-quality birch veneers we are able to produce plywood with a beautiful natural image, which can be primarily used for finishing work. This plywood is easily processed – cut, drilled through, and milled.

Film Faced Birch Plywood

Film Faced Birch Plywood is a high-quality plywood covered with resin-treated paper that turns into a protective film during production. Because of this, the surface is resistant to water, wear, chemicals, fungi and mold. Unlike regular plywood, Film Faced Plywood is durable against concrete and as such is widely used in panel formwork. Film faced plywood comes with a smooth or a mesh surface. Edges are sealed with water-dispersible acrylic paint. Widely used in construction industry and vehicle production. Easy to mount and work with.

Film Faced Poplar Plywood

Film Faced Poplar Plywood is an effective material primarily used in the construction industry and in high demand for its comparatively lower prices. This type of plywood is often produced in China and can be used in a wide variety of industries; pallet production, production of containers for non-food products, and formwork construction. Film faced poplar plywood can be used in construction where large amounts of further plywood processing is not necessary – max up to five.

Coniferous Plywood Elliottis

Coniferous plywood elliottis is produced from the veneer of coniferous wood, specifically the Elliottis pine found primarily in Brazil. The sheets are glued with a phenol-formaldehyde glue. It differs from birch plywood mainly by the thicker veneer and smaller number of layers. Very wide variety of uses; in building construction for wall formwork, as well as roofing, creation of partition walls in living spaces, fences of construction sites, flooring, single-use formwork, as well as in form of packaging and pallets. On top of that coniferous plywood is often used in roofing work as it is highly resistant to molding. Coniferous plywood has a beautiful surface structure and recently has become a favorite material for interior work.

Durelis

Durelis is a 3-layer multi-functional structural particle board with a smooth surface, which allows for a higher durability compared to regular particle board. This durability is achieved through a higher density of the board (reaching up to 700-720 kg/m3) and a higher amount of bonding elements per units of production. Thanks to the usage of highly water-resistant resin based on carbamide-melamine-formaldehyde and addition of paraffin as the glue base, this board is highly water-resistant. Durelis is used for floor panelling, for construction of walls and roofing, and during capital renovations. It can also be used as a short-term paneling in concrete constructions.

Oriented Strand Board (OSB)

Oriented Strand Board (OSB) is a practical functional material, which is often used in construction and finishing work. This is a perfect alternative to the regular particle board and an irreplaceable element in carcass construction. On top of that OSB is used in the production of balanced floor surfaces. OSB is a safe and reliable construction material that has a wide variety of uses in construction of various difficulties. OSB has the combination of best qualities of natural wood and best technological qualities of board materials. OSB itself is a 3-4 layered sheet formed from small wood strands. They are bonded together by using various resin solutions. To ensure durability and reliability of the bonding elements, the strands are placed in varying orientations in the board; in outer layers in longitudinal orientation and in internal layers in diametrical orientation.

Formwork Panel

Formwork Panels from the BRF GLOBAL production will fit any possible request based on quality of surfaces and allow for an effective solution to problems that may appear on bigger and smaller construction sites. Formwork Panel’s durability is guaranteed through the usage of selected raw materials (spruce), technical drying until only 10%±2% moisture content remains and a well-controlled production. Formwork panels are exceptionally resilient against deformation and stress, which is achieved through its unique structure, as each format is produced by gluing three layers crosswise along their entire lengths. Glued lamellas are used to produce the outer surface layer, thanks to which the surface becomes straight and smooth. Furthermore, lamellas protect the surface from extra strain and bending.
