Birch plywood Exterior is a highly water-resistant plywood, processed with phenol-formaldehyde adhesives, meant for use in normal and high-moisture environments. Predominantly used in construction and furniture production.

By using high-quality birch veneers we are able to produce plywood with a beautiful natural image, which can be primarily used for finishing work. This plywood is easily processed – cut, drilled through, and milled.

Birch Plywood Interior

Birch Plywood Interior is a high-quality construction material, with a beautiful image on the surface and exceptional strength. This plywood is made from birch veneers that are glued with a special carbamide glue. Plywood Interior is highly suitable for any work and can be easily processed further, it is especially well paired with finishing materials. This plywood is great at withstanding large temperature changes, large amounts of strain and stress, and is water-resistant. Plywood Interior is primarily used, as you may have guessed, in interior design. Its beautiful surface structure explains its popularity in decorative usage as well as in production of furniture details and children’s toys.

Film Faced Colored Birch Plywood

Film Faced Coloured Birch Plywood is a high-quality birch plywood covered in a special colored film. Film Faced Coloured Birch Plywood is primarily used in panel and wall formwork in light commercial transport, in furniture production, in wall and interior panel formwork, in agricultural construction, construction of playgrounds for children, and in boxes for sound equipment and decorations.

Coniferous Plywood Pine/Spruce

Coniferous plywood is a multi-functional construction material, produced from the highest quality veneer from coniferous wood, specifically from pine wood. The veneer layers are glued with a phenol-formaldehyde based resin. The general number of layers varies between 3 and 18, which allows for a variety in thickness ranging from 9 to 30 mm. Unique texture and warm golden tones of the coniferous wood allow for its usage in interior works of living spaces to create a comfortable and harmonious atmosphere. To add to the unique decorative qualities of the surface, this plywood is often processed by adding various paint and lacquers. Coniferous plywood is widely used in the carcass of home constructions, interior works, especially for decorative purposes in walls and partitions, in furniture production, in paneling for foundation pouring, in car building, ship building, and wagon building.

Particle Board

Particle Board is one of the most popular materials used in construction and finishing works, roofing and flooring lining, interior formwork, and furniture production. Particle Board is produced by pressing small wood particles under high temperature, with the addition of hydro-phobic, antiseptic, and many other such solutions, which ensure strength and durability of the material. Particle board is usually produced from both coniferous wood, but deciduous wood is also used as the raw material. Particle Board is especially popular due to its mechanical strength, its easy adaptation to processing and low price level. In our production we use raw materials under the standards of FSC

Hardboard

Hardboard is a raw fibreboard produced through the process of hot press. The fibres in the outer layer often go through the process of extra shredding to ensure a stable and dense surface of the board. In order to improve the water-resistant qualities of the board, paraffin is usually added to the mixture. Similarly, to ensure a better durability, extra bonding solutions are added, like starch, rosin, and synthetic resin. Hardboard is most easily comparable to natural wood when looking at its qualities as it is able to keep all the positive qualities of wood. Furthermore, Harboard is considered a warm material. Harboard is widely used in construction and construction industry, both as wind-protection under the roof and sheathing under the lower flooring. Moreover, it can be used as an extra heat insulation layer underground, for inner living and many other construction works, including the back walls of furniture, surface layer of window frames, packaging, and art installations.

Medium-Density Fibreboard

MDF (Medium-Density Fibreboard) is the highest pinnacle of particle board production. The board is produced through a process of uninterrupted dry pressing, and the finished product has smooth surfaces on both sides, which allows for added coverage from both sides. This material is quite close to natural wood, but at the same time is much cheaper, which makes MDF ideal for a variety of uses. This includes the production of wall panels and ceilings, furniture production for offices and daily use, trade equipment, doors, finishing materials for interiors, bodies of acoustic equipment and toys.
